Proofs and bakes products such as: rolls, breads, cookies, pastries, and donuts. Ice donuts. Assists guest by taking and filling special orders for baked goods. Operates related equipment including mixers, microwave, bread slicer, ovens, and proof boxes. Uses work aids such as box knives, knives, scrapers and scales.
Receive merchandise and verify accuracy of billing
Effectively control inventory to reduce shrink
Monitor damaged merchandise an ensure proper protocols-
Ensure safe and correct use of equipment to effectively create a safe environment
Ensure cleaning and rotation programs are embraced
Maintain accurate tag alignment and signage
Supervise and train current and new stocking team members on all relevant department expectations.
Effectively assign work schedules and tasks to other team members
Provide effective coaching and feedback to enhance team’s performance and drive true accountability.
Provide in store leadership when absence of asd i, asd ii, or store director opportunities
Collaborate and work well with other team members
